O’Haver Contractors is a closely held limited partnership established in 1996 by our founder and President, Donald R. O’Haver II. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas and pursues work throughout Texas in both the private and public sectors. We provide commercial general contracting services, as well as construction management, design-build, construction cost estimating and consulting.
Our team is led by individuals who will anticipate and eliminate issues before they affect the schedule, thereby being able to control and manage the budget. These individuals are highly experienced in all phases required for any project and have the proven capabilities and resources necessary to handle these phases in the most cost effective and expedient manner.
